With several years of experience in recruitment, Jonny uses his unique insight into the difficulties faced by the employers in the recruitment process to inform his vision of a new recruitment solution. One dedicated to finding the highest quality overseas talent and building an infrastructure that enables them to transition into long-lasting roles in the UK.

Daniel Abatan

Since graduating from Trinity College, Cambridge (M.A), Daniel Abatan’s extensive marketing experience ranges from devising immersive activation experiences for AMEX Centurion to creating the launch campaign for fintech brand, Equals’ digital money platform. His unique expertise empowers us to effectively reach and engage with the most extraordinary candidates available globally.

When I decided to enter the overseas recruitment space myself, I wanted to do things differently. That’s why at Jump, we’re shifting the focus away from the more traditional approach of enormous talent networks that recruitment agencies actually know very little about to a more bespoke selection of candidates we personally trust and believe in.
